I was saddened to hear of David’s passing. We worked together at AGMC in the OR. Whenever I walked into my room for the day and saw David I knew it would be a good day because no matter what he would always make everyone smile with his jovial and entertaining way. He loved his kids and always spoke of them like a proud father. I know he will be missed but I am sure he left you all with plenty of “David” isms.
May his memory always be a blessing. My sincere sympathy to his family.

Dave was the literal life of the party, and he made any gathering a party just by him being there! I can still hear a bit of the Butterbean song, sung in his voice. He was absolutely magical. My deepest sympathies to Lisa and their children, Vikki and Rob, and their Mom and family.
