Gerald E. Mckillip passed away Friday, January 1st, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. Gerald was born in Northville, Michigan to Howard and Marge Mckillip on August 7th, 1946. He graduated from Plymouth High School and attended Mesa Community College shortly before joining the AirForce and serving for America in South East Asia. Upon return, he married Elizabeth with whom he has shared his life with since 1967. After serving for the country he worked at Prochem and retired in 2014. Gerald had many passions in his life, but his love for puzzles, trains, motorcycles and his dedication to his cabin will live on in the memories of his loved ones. He also loved to travel, having visited 6 continents and 49 states. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Elizabeth, Mother, Marge Mckillip, siblings Robert and Dawn, his brother in law Ray, his 4 children Troy, Susan (Scott), Jenifer, Bradley (Kim), his close nephew who he treated as his own son Mark, and his 11 grandchildren; Abby, Taylor, Kyleigh, Bryce, Tyler, Camille, Andrew, Cayden, Kaitlyn, Shane, and Emma. In remembrance of his life, donations are encouraged by the family to be made to the Leukemia Society.
