Robert (Bob) E. Duff, 81 of Chandler, AZ and formerly from Brunswick, GA passed away peacefully at his home on March 21, 2021. He was born in Titusville, FL on August 9th, 1939 to William Duff and Blanche Hagan.
Bob served in the United States Army between 1956 – 1962 as a Radio Operator. He spent time in Germany while in the Army. After serving, Bob lived in Longview, WA where he raised his family and worked many years for Longview Fibre Paper as a Machine Operator. Bob married his late wife Lynn, April 29th, 1997. They retired to Brunswick, GA in 2000 to be near the ocean where they could enjoy boating and fishing. Bob had a passion for both. Bob was a member for many years of the local bowling team where he made strong friendships. He was quick witted and loved telling stories. He was one of the most kind, generous and loving people you’ll ever know. Many considered him to be a friend for life as he was loyal and would give the shirt off his back. He was always willing to help. He was a wonderful father.
Bob is survived by his daughter Rhonda (Rob) Deacon of Chandler, AZ, his sister Susan Cozby, brother James Duff and nieces and nephews of Florida.
He was predeceased by his wife Lynn and sister Betty Duff.
A celebration of life will be arranged at a future date.
