Obituary of Willis Francis Duncan

Willis Francis Duncan, 89, of Bedford, KY, passed away on March 18, 2024, in Mesa, AZ. He was born on October 6, 1934. Willis was a quiet man who loved his family dearly and had a strong faith in God. He was an aficionado of cars and motorcycles, enjoyed watching westerns and car racing, and taking road trips with his family.

Willis served in the US Army from 1954 to 1957. After his military service, he pursued a career as a skilled tradesman at General Motors Truck and Bus Group in Indianapolis, IN.

He worshipped at All Saints Catholic Church in Mesa, AZ. In his free time, Willis loved riding motorcycles across the backroads of Arizona.

Willis is survived by his daughters, Barbara Noblet (Thomas) of Mesa, AZ, Robbin Duncan-Taylor (Jay) of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, James Noblet and Garrett Conley; sisters, Margaret Smith of New Albany, IN, and Patricia Patrick of Dothan, AL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Duncan, brother Alva Duncan, and sister Mary Pace.

A Funeral Service will be held at All Saints Catholic Church in Mesa, Arizona, this summer. Contributions can be made to the American Kidney Fund in memory of Willis.
