Obituary of Jimmy Albert Stanley

Jimmy Albert Stanley 1950-2024

Jimmy Albert Stanley, 73, of Mesa, Arizona, died on April 9th, 2024.

He was born in Longview, Washington in 1950 to Willadean Hooper and Vernon Stanley, and grew up on their dairy farm. 

He served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

Jim was preceded in death by a granddaughter, and is survived by his wife Sharon, his brother Ray, his children Danielle, Marcus, Katharine, Bryan, Dawn, Stephanie, and 11 grandchildren.

Jim loved to work on his house, build birdhouses, and garden. He always had his garage open and loved to invite neighbors in to watch a game or talk. 

There will be a celebration of life at the family home on May 5th at noon.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
